It is Membership renewal time and it is possible to renew in three different ways: - Download form from E.D.Q.G. web site, complete and mail with postdated cheque for Aug. 1, 2010, to the address listed on the form.
- Download form from E.D.Q.G. web site, complete and drop in box, along with postdated cheque for Aug. 1, 2010, at Membership Table at the meetings in April or May or at the June Banquet.
- Collect form from Membership Table at the April or May meeting and drop in box, along with postdated cheque for Aug. 1, 2010, also located at the Membership Table.

EDQG membership fee reduction policy: Please understand that the membership fee reduction policy of the EDQG is designed to help members who truly cannot afford the standard membership fees. The EDQG has a policy of granting a membership fee reduction on the basis of financial hardship. Application is made to the chair of the membership committee. The chair of the membership committee and the treasurer of the guild will hold personal details in confidence. To qualify for a reduction in fees, please answer the questions above in as complete a manner as possible. In Word format (Link) Membership is open to: Anyone with an interest in quilting. If you are interested in finding out more, you are welcome to attend a meeting as a guest before taking out a membership. (Please visit our event calendar to see when our next general meeting is scheduled.) Membership allows you to:
- Learn and share new skills and techniques
- Develop high standards of original design and workmanship
- Attend monthly meetings with interesting speakers, programs and be inspired by the spectacular Show and Tell
- Access a library geared to the art of quilting and fibre arts
- Attend workshops, retreats and special events sponsored by the Guild
- Obtain information on local, national and international events
- Participate in the social time following the monthly meetings
- Receive 9 newsletters
- Access the member’s side of our website
| Membership Type | Cost | Description | | Regular Membership (full) | $55.00 annual | This membership is good for the current year (Sept-Aug). It allows the member to recieve a monthly newsletter, attend regular meetings, borrow items from the library, participate in guild sponsored events (workshops & retreats.) | | Senior Membership | $40.00 annual | This membership is for people 65 years or older and has the same privileges as a regular member. | | Associate Membership | $30.00 annual | This membership is for the individual who cannot attend regular meetings but would like a monthly newsletter. If an associate member wishes to attend a meeting, they must pay the "guest" fee. These members may participate in guild sponsored events. | | | | | Guest | $7.50 | The guest fee is charged to anyone wishing to attend a guild meeting who is not a "regular" member. | Mid-year in February, the membersip fees are reduced by half.
